This was conveyed by Mardyana while serving as a speaker at the Press Conference for the Trade Expo\u00a0Indonesia at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD), in Tangerang Regency,\u00a0Banten, on Tuesday, September 17<\/span>. Present as other speakers were Heru Prihantoro \u2013 Vice President\u00a0Government Business Head Region IV of Bank Mandiri, Vibiadhi Swasti Pradana \u2013 President Director of PT\u00a0Debindomulti Adhiswasti, and Ratu Rima Novia Rahma<\/span> \u2013 Vice President of Marketing & Communication at\u00a0Privy.<\/p>\n

“We invite domestic exporters to take advantage of this opportunity by participating in TEI 2024 to expand\u00a0their business networks and seize export opportunities in the global market,” <\/i>said Mardyana. Mardyana\u00a0stated that this year, TEI has adopted the theme “Build Strong Connection with the Best of Indonesia<\/span>.” This\u00a0theme\u00a0serves as\u00a0a\u00a0link\u00a0to\u00a0last year’s\u00a0theme, “Sustainable\u00a0Trade\u00a0for\u00a0Global\u00a0Economic Resilience.”<\/p>\n

“It is hoped that this year’s theme will strengthen trade connections and serve as a swift step to penetrate export markets and enhance Indonesia’s<\/span> export performance,” said Mardyana.<\/i><\/p>\n

Furthermore,\u00a0Mardyana\u00a0explained\u00a0that\u00a0TEI\u00a0adopts a\u00a0business-to-business\u00a0(B2B)\u00a0concept,\u00a0allowing Indonesian\u00a0exporters to meet face-to-face and interact directly with potential buyers from abroad. At TEI 2024, the Ministry of Trade targets transactions amounting to USD 15 billion<\/span> from 1,000 participants. This annual exhibition will be attended by 5,000 buyers from around the world as well as 30,000 visitors, both domestic and international.<\/p>\n

This largest exhibition in Indonesia<\/span> is divided into three product zones: Food, Beverage, and Agricultural Products; Manufactured Products; and Home Living, Fashion, and Services. In addition to the exhibition, the 39th<\/sup>\u00a0TEI will be enlivened by various activities, including business matching, business counseling, international seminars, live performances, and buyers night.<\/p>\n
