The change will take effect on October 31, 2024.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Company\u2019s English name will be changed from \u201cYoshitsu Co., Ltd\u201d to \u201cTokyo Lifestyle Co., Ltd.,\u201d and its Japanese name, \u201c\u5409\u901a\u8cbf\u6613\u682a\u5f0f\u4f1a\u793e,\u201d will be changed to \u201c\u6771\u4eac\u751f\u6d3b\u9928\u682a\u5f0f\u4f1a\u793e,\u201d with no changes to its current logo or existing ticker symbol, TKLF.
