Weekly progress on share repurchase program to cover share plans and reduce capital<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kaiseraugst (Switzerland), Maastricht (Netherlands), April 15, 2025<\/p>\n

dsm-firmenich, innovators in nutrition, health, and beauty, announced on February 13, 2025 its intention to repurchase ordinary shares with an aggregate market value of \u20ac1 billion and reduce its issued capital, starting with an initial \u20ac500 million. On April 1, 2025, the company commenced a program to repurchase ordinary shares for a total amount of \u20ac580 million, of which \u20ac80 million to cover commitments under the Group\u2019s share-based compensation plans and \u20ac500 million to reduce its issued capital.<\/p>\n

In accordance with regulations, dsm-firmenich informs the market that during the period from April 7, 2025 up to and including April 11, 2025 a total number of 216,266 shares have been repurchased on its behalf. The shares were repurchased at an average price of \u20ac85.88 per share for a total amount of \u20ac18.6 million.<\/p>\n

The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 349,669 shares at an average price of \u20ac87.97 for a total consideration of \u20ac30.8 million.<\/p>\n

This \u20ac580 million share repurchase program will be completed no later than six months from the start date, and thereafter an additional \u20ac500 million share repurchase program is intended upon the completion of the sale of dsm-firmenich\u2019s stake in the Feed Enzymes Alliance.<\/p>\n
