L\u2019OR\u00c9AL SUCCESSFULLY PRICES A 3 BILLION EURO TRIPLE TRANCHE BOND<\/b><\/p>\n

Clichy, 12 November 2025 \u2013 <\/b>L\u2019Or\u00e9al today announces that it has successfully priced a bond offering for an aggregate nominal amount of \u20ac3 billion. <\/p>\n

The offering is composed of three tranches:
– A \u20ac850 million 2-year floating rate bond paying a coupon of 3M + 20bps p.a.
– A \u20ac1,000 million 5-year fixed rate bond paying a coupon of 2.750% p.a.
– A \u20ac1,150 million long 10-year fixed rate bond paying a coupon of 3.375% p.a. <\/p>\n

The net proceeds from the issuance of the Notes will be used for general corporate purposes, including to finance part of the acquisition of Kering Beaut\u00e9. <\/p>\n

The Notes, which are rated AA (Stable) by S&P and Aa1 (Stable) by Moody\u2019s, will be admitted to trading on Euronext Paris from the settlement date, which is scheduled to be 19 November 2025. <\/p>\n

Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale, Natixis, JP Morgan and Citi are acting as Global Coordinators. Standard Chartered, ING, Barclays, and HSBC are acting as Active Joint Bookrunners.\u00a0<\/p>\n
