dsm-firmenich, innovators in nutrition, health, and beauty, announces that following the completion of its \u20ac1.08 billion share buyback program in 2025, the company has cancelled 12,049,441 shares. As a result, the total number of issued shares has been reduced by approximately 4.5%, from 265,676,388 to 253,626,947 shares.<\/p>\n
