Shenzhen, China, Sept. 18, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Shenzhen Jewellok Technology Co., Ltd., a specialized manufacturer of ultra-high purity (UHP) fluid control equipment, today announced the commercial launch of its fully integrated laboratory gas pipeline system and industrial gas scrubber system. Designed for high-precision environments, including semiconductor fabrication, photovoltaic research, and biotechnology laboratories, the unified ecosystem provides a complete solution for controlled gas delivery and environmental exhaust management.

Modern laboratory facilities face dual challenges: maintaining the absolute purity of process gases from source to point-of-use, and safely neutralizing hazardous chemical emissions before air discharge. Jewellok’s combined engineering approach directly addresses these requirements by linking delivery infrastructure with downstream abatement technologies.

Ultra-High Purity Gas Infrastructure

The Jewellok laboratory gas pipeline system is designed to handle volatile, corrosive, toxic, and inert process gases while maintaining purity levels up to Grade 6.0 (99.9999% pure). The entire pipeline network is fabricated from wetted, double-vacuum melted 316L VIM-VAR stainless steel. To minimize particle shedding, moisture retention, and outgassing, the internal flow channels undergo a rigorous electropolishing process to achieve a surface roughness finish of Ra less than or equal to 5 microinches.

The infrastructure features automated gas cabinets, changeover manifolds, and Valve Manifold Boxes (VMB) regulated by an integrated PLC architecture with a 10-inch color touchscreen interface. This allows laboratory technicians to automate cylinder switchovers, purge cycles, and vacuum venturi operations without manual intervention, maintaining a highly stable downstream line pressure within a tolerance of plus or minus 1% or less.

Downstream Abatement and Neutralization

Operating in a continuous feedback loop with the delivery network, the Jewellok laboratory gas scrubber system isolates and treats hazardous vent line exhaust and residual process fumes. The equipment targets specific hazardous compound classes, including silane (SiH4), nitrogen trifluoride (NF3), ammonia (NH3), nitrous oxide (N2O), and hydrochloric acid (HCl), achieving a verified chemical removal efficiency of up to 99%.

To withstand aggressive chemical reactions and acid chemistries, the scrubber cabinets are constructed from heavy-duty polypropylene (PP) panels equipped with transparent PVC inspection viewports. Internal fluid conduits, dosing pumps, and spray nozzles are made of corrosion-resistant perfluoroalkoxy (PFA). The abatement systems are available in wet scrubbing spray tower configurations, dry adsorption beds, and hybrid thermal-wet combinations to suit different laboratory workflows.

System Integration and Safety Compliance

By combining the delivery pipeline and the scrubber system under a unified automated control architecture, Jewellok laboratory gas pipeline system provides laboratories with a continuous safety loop. The digital control network features electronic leak detection, negative pressure monitoring, nitrogen blanketing, and automatic Emergency Shutdown (ESD) valves. If a downstream sensor detects a leak or an unexpected pressure variation, the system automatically shuts down the corresponding UHP gas line while increasing scrubber extraction capacity to contain the hazard.

All components are ultrasonically cleaned, assembled, and certified inside specialized ISO cleanrooms. Every completed pipeline and abatement installation undergoes inbound helium mass spectrometer testing to verify leak integrity down to one times ten to the negative ninth power cc/sec, ensuring strict compliance with global laboratory safety standards.
