Under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), the Company has a 180-calendar day compliance period, or until March 31, 2027, to regain compliance. If at any time during this period the closing bid price of the Company\u2019s securities is at least US$1.00 for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days, Nasdaq will provide written confirmation that the Company has regained compliance with the bid price requirement.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">If the Company does not regain compliance by the end of the initial compliance period, it may be eligible for an additional 180-calendar-day extension, subject to meeting the continued listing standards for market value of publicly held shares and all other applicable requirements for initial listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market (excluding the bid price requirement).
